I want to ask your opinion about this. I feel much stronger the effect of progressed planets aspecting natal ones, as opposed to progressed planets aspecting other progressed planets and/or points. I feel when natal planets are involved it is easier to spot an event related to them, whereas in the progressed chart is more of an internal change, a feeling or a different attitude (probably because most of the time it involves the Moon lol).

There has been so much confusion with progressed/predictive charts, which can be best understood as not charts themselves, but as the advanced planet positions based on day-for-a-year progression as seen against the backdrop of the natal chart's positions.
