I was looking at my chart, and reading my natal chart interpretations. What are netural aspects? What are discordant aspects?

I have 4 discordant aspects:

Sun discordant to Saturn (power = 8.11 and this aspect is discordant = -12.17)

Mercury discordant to Saturn (power = 7.13 and this aspect is discordant = -10.69)

Jupiter discordant to Pluto (power = 6.44 and this aspect is discordant = -3.22)

Moon discordant to Uranus (power = 4.61 and this aspect is discordant = -4.61)

I have 4 netural aspects:

Sun blending with Mercury (power = 14.01 and this aspect is neutral)

Venus blending with Mars (power = 8.74 and this aspect is neutral)

Moon blending with Mercury (power = 7.62 and this aspect is neutral)

Jupiter harmonizing with Saturn (power = 0.00 and this aspect is neutral)

How many do you guys have in your natal chart. I did mines with astrowin.org
