Can other signs placed in our Sun Signs ruling house, make us act like that sign?For example, say that I am a Libra Sun, but I have an Leo Ascendant, with Aquarius in my ruling house the 7th. Is it possible for me to look like an Aquarius, meaning being built like one. Or act like an Aquarius if Aquarius is in my Suns house? ------------------

So what you mean to say, is that you take the sign of the Sun - for example, Libra - and since Libra rules the 7H, you look at the sign on the cusp of your 7H - in this example, it is Aquarius - and you're asking if it's possible that one will act like an Aquarian in this case? Let me take another example.
If I'm a Scorpio, then the house I should be looking at is the 8H. I have Sagittarius on the cusp of my 8H, so I should be acting/look like a Sagittarius. Did I get this correctly? If so, then I must say that that theory doesn't make any sense to me at all. And if you truly are a Libra with a Leo ASC, then it's natural for you to act somewhat "Aquarian" in relationships (since it's the sign of your DSC and the DSC is both projected and acted out by ourselves in our close associations). No, not based on the information presented here. But you've also not shown a complete chart. A complete chart is needed for all such possibilities to be investigated for things like Uranus parallel Asc, or other planets clustered in the 7th. There are also two crucial points here:
(a) "look like an Aquarius" - compared to other Aquarian sun signs you know? What is your notion of what an Aquarius 'looks like'?
(b) "ruling house" is not a functional concept the way you've used it here; unless you are talking about the house that clearly gets the greatest planetary emphasis, then it is not a functional concept. ------------------

What I was asking was just in theory, since in astrology we are always told that we look like and act like the sign on the ascendant.I was just asking about another possibility.
