What is the work ethic or phrase of acting when each sign regarding their work ethic, when in the 6th house?

I like it when work is divided equitably i.e i do this, you do that, i do that, you do this etc.

I tend to put a lot of effort and passion in my work. Not so much to "compete" as much as it is to "committ".

Libra is on the 6th house cusp and Mars in in there.

I put a lot of compassion and dedication into my work. I'm also pretty sensitive to the moods of my coworkers and my boss; I feel really uneasy when I'm around people who have a negative, pessimistic outlook on life. If I let it affect me at work, it's difficult for me to concentrate, get my work done or feel good about the work that I'm doing.

I'm also generally in a good mood at work. I give off the vibe that I'm happy and eager to help out where I can. I try to keep the morale up. But it can also be draining.

6th house cusp in Cancer, Moon in 4th conjunct IC. Jupiter and Chiron are in my 6th house.

I have a 6th house Scorpio stellium with 6 planets in the 6th along with my Vertex.

Libra is my 6th house ruler.

I work extremely hard. If I set my mind to a goal, I will accomplish it come hell or high water, but occasionally my Sun, Mars, ASC- Saturn squares get the best of me and I end up becoming lazy and irresponsible, but overall I'm very hardworking.

I value productivity and I hate idle time unless it's after a spell of long and honest hard work.

Having a good job and stable working routine is VERY important to my emotional well-being and happiness. If my routine is chaotic, I get depressed and can't function (I also have Moon in Libra in the 6th square Uranus and Neptune).

I'm very health conscious and I take a lot of pride in being healthy and at least appear in shape.

I blame Libra ruling over my 6th house for my obsession with my appearance. I have a couple of weird minor medical issues that affect my appearance like a mild case of Hirsutism. It's so weird having all those planets in the 6th along with a Jupiter-Vertex conjunction to top it off.

The most important thing for me in a working environment is peace & friendliness. I cannot stand bullying, gossiping, conflicts, aggressive competition and cruel authority figures.

I generally prefer to get my work done alone but if I had to work in a group there has to be camaraderie.

I appreciate a sacrificial willingness to get things done. Even if I had to something that is unpleasant to me I do it with a stiff upper lip. I may become serious and quiet but I do it. I could vent to people who are close to me but never to the those I work with. Arrogant and uncooperative people who become passive-aggressive and make it known how much they don't want to do the work that's been placed upon them drive me up the wall. If I didn't hate conflict so much I would gladly knock them down a peg and put them in their place.

I also do not like to disappoint authority figures. I become anxious when I feel like my work is falling behind and I could fail in their eyes. This was/is very relevant for school and university. Most of the other students didn't seem to care much when they didn't do their job but I did.

I'm not always hard-working and ambitious though...Like all fixed signs I can be lazy and when I have a chance to rest and do nothing I usually take it.

I have Sun and venus in aries in conjunct in the 6th + ceres

I love to work in serving and helping people I find myself and gain happiness from that and I'm nearly a workaholic I don't like to go on a leave or skip work and I'm a multitasker and I can handle a lot of pressure alone also bosses like me and sometimes they'll put me incharge or let me train others

Singleton sun in Capricorn in the 6H, chart ruler. Sun in mutual reception with 12H Saturn.

The work that interests me most is health-oriented: emotional, spiritual, physical health.

So I apply myself to that rather consistently (obsessively). So far, I have no money to show for it, just a lot of knowledge and successes and failures.

I just want to live a colorful and happy life, and do whatever I can to contribute to others' having the same experience.

Sometimes I think I'll just open a coffeeshop, because the good ones are like parties that just go on all the time. And I love coffee, but it would also be like a juice bar. A healthy coffeeshop with herbal coffee, too...and lots of plants, art, pretty lights, that kind of thing. I know I could work at my own place all day without tiring, I sorta do that here at home. The place would ideally be much funkier, more familiar, and more spacious than Starbuck's.

I miss the coffeeshops I used to visit before the chain retail stores starting putting them out of business. And I could put a lot of astrology books on the shelves, gently nudging people in the right direction.

I gave this some thought now.

So 6th intercepted in Pisces, which also means 12th intercepted in Virgo.
Which then also means cancer intercepted in 10th house.
I thought about how I am concerning work and the astrology matched it, not interpreted the astrology without considering how I really am.

One thing is that I can be a bit of a workaholic. I'd say that I'm learning to relax more and enjoy myself with time off. I worked 6 days a week for almost two years straight, voluntarily. I'm back to 40 hour weeks now if I have an option.
Often in other areas of life, I can lack emotion to some extent. It comes and goes I guess. Sometimes I feel strongly and other times I don't when I really should. At work however, I feel on a continuous basis. I have passion and can be quite outspoken and proactive.
The final thing that stood out to me is that I'm very methodical and observant, as you'd expect Virgo energy to do. However, once I've observed a mechanical process for example, or other such things related to technical processes (That's my field of work) then I get an intuition about what is actually wrong. To my delightful surprise, it is very accurate! I've always thought that I was simply thinking things through but as I've done some introspection of my working self it hit me. I use intuition for problem solving.

Sixth house in Sagittarius but stellium in Capricorn in the 6th house. Uranus, Neptune and Saturn exact conj with my Moon.

I am extremely hard working, ambitious, loyal to the company I work for and success is very important to me. I also noticed that my mood depends a lot on how my day was at work :/ if I had a good day at work, meaning I managed to achieve a lot during that day, I am very happy. But if I didn't I can be blah. My happiness I guess on productivity. I also love working with people but prefer to work by myself as lazy people annoy me and I hate to rely on other people. I also attract a lot of bosses who are Capricorns which I often have issues with. I have managed to achieve a lot in my career in a short period of time but only by hard work! I had no luck and always had to work extra hard to get a job!! It's important also to mention that I get bored with a job once I have mastered all skills that I possibly could within that company so I like to find another job where I can learn more and expand my skills. I work mostly with men and male oriented industry!

I catch onto things...slow? Not everything but once in awhile if a boss or someone tells me to do something, I may feel like I need them to elaborate more b/c I wanna make sure I do it correctly the first time around w/ no error. I like coworkers that are calm and can hold their own ground.
