Would progressed to progressed synastry aspects signify much? Like reconciliation for example?

Right now this guy's progressed Juno is almost exact 0 degrees and 27 minutes conjunct my progressed South Node and opposite my progressed North Node. My progressed Juno is sextile his progressed South Node and trine his progressed North Node so we have a NN/SN and Juno double whammy by progressions!

His progressed Jupiter is conjunct his progressed AC and transit Jupiter and transit NN have been transiting his AC and Sun since last year. AND if he wasn't lucky enough, progressed Moon AND progressed Venus are conjunct and his progressed Sun is currently conjunct his natal Venus!!!!

No. Chart progressions are a product of and refer only to the natal chart of that person.
