@PixieJane: Thanks for the insight. I asked this question because someone I know has Sun (in Capricorn) in the 3rd House. I know Capricorn is not the most extroverted sign but this person TALKS ALOT IMO.

Random but do you know any Moon in the 3rd House people? If you do, how would you describe their communication style in comparison to your own?

I just did a quick look, and none of those charts I saved that knew the ASC showed a 3H moon, so I'd have to say no. I might remember someone later.
