I was supposed to graduate from College this past May, but I ended up having to do another year so it will be May 2017.I would be careful of transits leading up to your graduate date. These seem to affect your chances of success more so than transits taking place around the time you're supposed to graduate since you'll only get out what you put in if that makes sense.
Natally, I have Uranus and Neptune in the 9th with Uranus ruling my 10th. Saturn on my MC.
I started losing interest and motivation when transit Neptune was squaring my Mars. I started smoking marijuana heavily and skipping class which was the first time I've ever done anything like that. I graduated High a School with a 4.2 GPA and the top 10% of my class.
After the transit was over, all the good times I had didn't look so good anymore. Be careful of Neptune.
Also, another thing I noticed is transit Pluto is currently conjunct my Uranus and Neptune in the 9th.
I have a Scorpio stellium and Pluto rules my 7th house.
There have been major changes in the way I view the whole education system and higher learning. My worldview is changing. College is very important but life is more important. I am still working towards graduating and I am taking these last two semester more seriously than I have ever taken two semesters. This setback really opened my eyes to a lot of things concerning my education and what I want to get out of getting my degree.
So, as the above poster said, transits to planets in the 9th or to your 9th house ruler as well as any transits possibly to your Mercury and Mars which affects your mind and drive in accomplishing goals you have set.
I wish you the best and just remember, College is never a race. College is just another tool used to get where you want in life so whether you graduate in 4 years or 6, all that matters is that you graduate and move on to the next level. This is your life. Not a competition. Be easy on yourself.
