so basicsll what i am asking is if ruler of one house is conjuncting ruler of other house in completly diferent house how do we interprate it
for example:
My ruler of seventh is conjuncting ruler of ninth in sixth house,ruler of sixth is in ninth

Is it safe to say that i will "find" the husdband and work partners in - foreign country,university or church where i will work or simply do my daily acctivity and he might be foreigner,student /professor,preist/someone praying in church

Do any of you have any similar combinations? Rulers of x and z houses conjuncting in z house and how is it manifesting for you?
