I attract Mars (and Venus) in Aquarius men like crazy. I've had sex with two of three of them (possibly more lol).

My last ex has his Mars in Aquarius in his 8th house.

He was very open to suggestions and had some pretty dark and kinky fantasies that I loved the idea of...but he never really put them into action. He said he was afraid to. Not sure why, since I'm a total freak in bed and told him I'm down for whatever.

I think Mars Aquarius kinkiness is attributed to it's detachment to everything Mars related (including sex).

They are open and experimental but they are more than anything intellectually based and stimulated.

Intellectualism is a form of detachment IMO and Mars in Aquarius has plenty. They are more mentally stimulated than physically or emotionally stimulated.

I most importantly think Mars in Aquarius in the 5th House would show the most kinkiness. Mars here is all about fun, romance, dating, and casual (aka fun!) sex.
Mars in Aquarius is one of the lighter Mars signs, that are not really focused on crazy, emotional, intense, soul-merging sex. Mars in Aquarius can do without it. I mean it is ruled by Saturn too (it's traditional ruler). So there is a bit of convention and self-control to match the zaniness and unpredictability of Uranus.

BTW I can see what you are saying @frankie2912 (about the person you know being afraid of the fantasy) and @BeholdAstarte (the person you know being grossed out) when Mars is in Aquarius in the 8th House. I think people give too much credit to the 8th House and sex.

It's a Scorpionic/Plutonian House. It's dark, heavy, and filled with secrets. It is not fun most of the time and can be quite painful. A lot of astrologers suggest Mars in the 8th House is often linked with sexual abuse. There's a reason for that reputation. It can present one's fears with sex and the symptoms that come with it. Repression, phobia, or loss of control.
Mars is kinda damaged/****** up in the 8th House. If someone isn't disordered and fearful about sex then they are manic/obsessed about sex. They take kink too far and can't enjoy it because it becomes a compulsion/addiction (not fun or sexy). Mars in Aquarius in the 8th would be too intellectual, too detached; while at the same time obsessive with this intellectual/detach-ness that the kink will go to far. It won't even be kink anymore. It will be degenerate, rebellious, and deviant sexual disorders. Aka sociopathic, self-destructive sex (such as bestiality, necrophilia, coprophilia, etc.). I know this sounds very extreme (I am exaggerating just a bit); but the 8th house is extreme.

I don't know, I think scorpio/8th house is kinda overrated in these matters...
