Comparing to certain facial traits that other people I know with Virgo ascendants, you seem to match them better than Scorpio Ascendants. Scorpio Ascendants have a penetrating quality to them as if they're trying to control you through their stares.

I was thinking that too, and I definitely relate more to being a Virgo ascendant than a Scorpio ascendant. It would also make more sense as to why Pisces suns and I don't mesh and that Virgos love me

Rising signs do not have absolute definitions in terms of personal appearance, but need the context of your planetary positions. Personality is also more important.

DopGang is right about the square jaw trait. I have Aqua ASC and I have one as well. It's not really something you see with Virgo or Libra ASC, although I do think you have Jupiter or Venus aspecting your ASC.

Not that I'm anything close to being an expert. I would guess Scorpio. Your eyes, which I can't explain but they look Scorpio to me.
Also, the square jaw which is said to be associated with fixed modality. Virgo has a tapering jaw. A face that is sloped, bigger on top and narrower at the jaw. Other factors play into it though. Planets in the first, on asc, aspecting the asc, etc.

I think I have the Virgo ascendant nose, but then people say Scorpio ascendants have the plutonian nose so idk

So as to personality ... are you diplomatic, at least in how you view things? Are you moved strongly by beauty?

What I believe what I see here is a Libran Ascendant parallel Pluto [7S57], which would put it at 17-23° Libra, about 7-8° South. Watch the transits of fire planets over that area. Jupiter will be going through it in December.

However, Uranus has recently been through the area in Aries opposite it. Have you had changes, surprises, upsets in your relational life this past year, but with it easing up more lately?

You are beautiful and you have a great smile. I assume that is your sister beside you in the 3rd picture?

I would say I'm pretty diplomatic, I like to see both sides of anything. As to being strongly moved by beauty, I have Venus in my 4th house so I really like to keep an organized house, and nice clothes/jewelry. Music is very important to me and so is my appearance.

My relational life has been relatively the same. However, we just found out our move planned for August that we've been looking forward to just got moved to mid-September, that was a huge surprise. I went through a period of conflict with my significant other, but it seems that we are over that period. I have had some upsets in my personal life though.

That's my best friend in the 3rd picture, we feel like sisters though. We have been best friends for a long time, and our charts line up pretty interestingly. I believe we were sisters in a previous life (if past lives exist).

cancer moon is also very moody and prone to stomach ache.

I think once you figure that out, it's probably clearer.

If you are Libra rising, you can only have Moon in Leo. It is a 'cuspy' position, but the more likely explanation for the 'Cancer' feeling is presented right in your chart as-is: Moon very close to MC, and opposite Neptune. This adds sensitivity, emotion to a Libra personality, making it more water-like.
I'm not looking to change your chart just for change's sake, but consider that this Moon-Neptune aspect on the IC/MC axis is what you are feeling.

Let me explain what I mean a bit better ... I may've glossed over things a bit too quickly. You have a very luminescent, fair, porcelain complexion. This correlates to Pisces/Neptune affecting Asc. See Neptune square Asc? And you have what I term a high hairline/forehead, which correlates to Mercury/Jupiter/Neptune or Gem/Virgo, Sag, Pisces (mutability). My first assessment may've been wrong.

Do some reading to see if you fit Lunar/Neptune over Pluto in your personality. Looking at your pictures here again, your face looks more rounded/lengthy than squarish/rectangular. (Pics are tricky). That leads me to think your chart may be pretty accurate as-is. But watch those transits through mid-late Libra and tell us what you find.
