I would expect no particular change related to the timing of this. That is because the so-called progressed Ascendant (secondary prog) is a non-event that never happened in the sky. This is because the secondary progression of the Asc moves it forward incrementally to arrive each year at its end point of net zodiacal gain. The sky -- actually the Earth's rotation -- does not move that way. In fact, it moves all the way around the zodiac every 24-hour period, which means a true day-for-a-year progression of the Asc should do the same in each year of progression.

It is what I refer to as a symbolic fiction. I believe it to be a remainder/transfer from ages of degree-per-year rationale left from primary directions, which also contained symbolic fictions not found in nature's actual movements.
