Sun conjunct the North node suggests draconic Sun in Aries.Moon conjunct south node suggests draconic Moon in Libra.
This definitely suggests that balancing the inner feelings (Moon) with expression (Sun) may be the agenda of the soul.
This could translate to someone who uses relationships (Moon in Libra) to express their identity(Aries).
Or relationships(Libra)form a part of the identity(Aries)?
Play around those lines and read the Sun in Aries/Moon in Libra combo and test it.
Sun in Aries has double emphasis on identity. So who you are (Sun)and being urself (Aries), is very important to you- according to your Draconic chart.
Again the Asc/dsc axis emphasizes this i.e if the Asc conjuncts the North Node and Sun, you are very much attached to your physical body-more specifically the facial or head area.
You care very much how you look or what you think about and may use your face (head/mental capacity) to assert yourself to others or may be defined by some significant physical trait by them i.e a higher forehead,a bigger cranium, a beautiful face, pronounced facial features etc.
If Dsc is conjunct the North node/Sun the people you are drawn to or have relationships with ,are likely to have an emphasis on the facial area.
They could be people who "wear" their personality on the face, have an impressionable face or use the facial area(head or mental acumen included) to assert themselves or to have people notice them.
