On Astrotrends (http://www.astrotrends.net/newsletters/positive/jupiter-uranus) it's said that "Jupiter Uranus aspects represent the type of success which is more sudden, unpredictable or unexpected, and appears totally out of the blue."

This transit will be exactly conjunct my MC/IC (Jupiter on the IC, Uranus on the MC) going into the new year and has got me feeling quite excited/nervous. At this time, Saturn will also be exactly conjunct my Vertex in my 5th house (simultaneously trining with Uranus). I'm hoping this will have a positive impact on my career & home situation in some way, but I am not too familiar with Uranus or IC related transits.

What houses will this transit be happening in for you? And does anyone have any insights/predictions/past experiences (there was another Uranus/Jupiter opposition back around September 2003 I think)? Any idea what this transit could mean on the MC/IC line?

That transit will be very pronounced for me as well - T. Jupiter will enter the 10th H and conjunct natal MC and opposite natal Mars.

I have Jupiter/Uranus opposition natally and used to all kinds of weirdness. This transit will fall in 2H Libra and 8H Aries. I DO have a pending lawsuit that is going to court late october but can be moved later. I am hoping it'll turn in my favor because it was a BAD car accident and it wasn't my fault!

I changed my mind. I realised that Jupiter, as a ruler of my 8th house, haven't bring me anything positive. Now I expect death- my or my closest relatives.
