It's when you look at the number harmonic chart consistent with your age. For example, being 16 years old one would look at their 16th harmonic chart and so forth.

I'm sorry to distract, but what is the harmonic chart, 16th cor example? How is it calculated?

That's really cool, i never looked at Age Harmonics before. I hope that my next Age Harmonic will give me some luck because my next SR looks pretty bad.

This is the Age Harmonic chart for when i had my first boyfriend (long distance).

I was amazed when i saw this! i don't know the name for that aspect pattern but there's a stressful connection with Venus-Nodes-Vertex-Uranus. I also can see a Grand Trine there Mars-Jupiter-Nodes. Please don't quote.
