Some good points. Pretty good overall. A bit over-simplified in spots, but no harm, no foul.So look for them as parallels of declination as well. ------------------

Does anyone here have Uranus conjunct their ASC? Really curious to know if your look is way out there different/unique. How do you dress etc? I had this placement before my chart was rectified. IP: Logged |

My only friend has this aspect, and his face/body doesn't look different or unique, it's just he wears clothes that you wouldn't wear for that occasion. If we're going to school, he wears sweater vests and loafers.
When he goes to church, T-shirt and shorts.
To me the aspect is just about being seen as weird or different.

Of course. Oppositions, Squares and Conjunctions will make it show even more since they are fused, fighting and uneasy. Trines and sextiles show too but in harmonious way so it wouldn't show as much but it'll definitely still emit. IP: Logged |

This assuming that one only has one planet on ASc.I'm Libra rising, but depending on the circumstances I can be pretty penetrating, fiery or reserved (Mars/Pluto/Saturn conj.) I've often thought about this and whether it would be the "strongest" planet that would show, or the closest in orb to Asc., but it hasn't worked out this way. The circumstances I am presented with will trigger one or other of the conjuncting planets, and it is this that comes forth to manage the situation. Although sometimes these giants can completely override any Venusian airs and graces. I am grateful for having such a wide arsenal with which to navigate! IP: Logged |

haha I love the description for pluto, so true.. I feel like a wild animal! ive got a crazy amount of aspects to my ASC I can relate to all of them.. mainly my oppositions though are strongest! I have my Venus oppose ASC
Pluto oppose ASC
Jupiter sextile ASC-0 orb pretty close
Neptune trine ASC - this is my closest aspect in my chart, its within 10 seconds
Uranus trine ASC
Saturn trine ASC
Moon trine ASC- kinda wide, like 6 degrees I wish I wasn't intimidating.. but people usually tell me I'm very mysterious, "mystical" or "dreamy" and very unique looking. I'm super shy.. and that might be another contributing factor to me being "intimidating" at first. I'm pretty introverted, sometimes I don't like to give Saturn so much credit.. but its certainly strong in influence. maybe its hard to me to integrate saturns energy because its conjunct Neptune and Uranus and opposite Jupiter! so much energys haha IP: Logged |

Hi EmGem, I have Uranus conjunct the Ascendant from the first house in Libra. Do I dress weirdly? Ummmm unusual, I have my own style, I wear a lot of scarves, crystals, fairly colourful clothes but never inappropriate. Venus is in Capricorn and I'll always dress up for a job interview, but I don't purchase mainstream outfits. I wear a lot of vintage, or second hand clothes so that I can have my own style. I have learned an invisibility vibe over the years but generally people remember me, notice me, stop and look at me in the street, in a room. It's something you get used to. I often joke that I've spent my whole life trying not to be famous and have so far succeed. With Uranus rising the limelight is something you have to learn to avoid, rather than the other way around!! :-)

^^ this is great! Thank you so much waxlobster! Before my chart was rectified I had Uranus conjunct my ASC also. But Ive never dressed uniquely. I couldn't understand where this conjunction showed. So upon rectification I understood that it in fact isn't a conjunction for me. My new Leo rising chart makes much more sense. I love dressing up, in good quality clothes, sometimes flashy, colorful, making a statement but in a more mainstream way.
And so now that I've read your description and the other above it makes sense to me that I don't in fact have this aspect IP: Logged | |
