Natal or synastry?
Because if natal, I'd say no.
I don't think that these placements show any abuse potential in synastry, either.

Mars square Pluto is definitely one. Obsessive and extreme RAW power..aspected with Saturn which teaches lessons and control..limits and restricts.

7th house of others and open enemies how you perceive others so yeah it could! But being conjunct Saturn could teach control

Mars interacting with Saturn and Pluto in natal is something people should keep an eye on. I don't believe in "omens" but these are aspects that have to do with control, self-esteem, survival and dominance. If the person lives their life in "negligence" of these aspects, they can produce or attract abuse.

Not all people who have Mars/Pluto or Mars/Saturn experience abuse but many who do experience abuse have these aspects.
