I am datign a Cancer.Man...do they have mood swings! But then those tender moments are so worth the wait. I have never felt revered by a boyfriend before...this one makes me feel like he sees something magic in me IP: Logged |

I'm dating a man heavily influenced by Cancer. His mars and ascendant are in Cancer.
I actually really love mars in Cancer even though it's not considered a good placement. I love how protective he is over me, how nurturing he is to me and how he just wants to take care of me (he cooks for me, cleans for me and buys me comfort things). I don't like how moody he can be and how he just holds things in until he explodes though.I'm used to Cancer ascendants, my sister and her spouse are both Cancer ascendants. So when I met my significant other with his Cancer rising it felt so familiar and nice. In social scenes it takes some getting used to because I'm a typical libra rising and want to socialize and engage people and he just wants to keep to himself. I do love how Cancer risings have big expressive eyes and how they genuinely care for people and the people around them. My dad has only 1 Cancer placement and it's his Sun. He is mostly Aries, so that square really affects his energy. But for the most part he is a really caring man at his core and wants the best for his children. He always took care of me when I was sick and made sure I was comfortable. My sister's spouse is a Cancer Sun, and I really admire how caring she is at her core as well. I feel like Cancer Suns feel a lot and that's why they can be moody because they feel the weight of everything on their shoulders. My sister's spouse has always been kind to me and loves me like her own sister, she was actually the first person to reach out to me when I was in a deep depression. So I like Cancer Suns too, even though their opposite my Sun. Just my 2 cents. ------------------

haha OP I'm kind of the opposite. I'm a Cancer Moon and I love love Cancer moon men. They're sweethearts. IDK many Cancer Suns, but one with both Leo Moon and Venus comes to mind. Very fun and sexy, but also a typical sweet Cancer who puts family first. He loves his son more than anything.IP: Logged |

I have no planets in Cancer but I have a fourth house stellium with four planets conjunct my IC, does that count? ------------------

my little brother is a cancer sun, with his aries ASC and his mars is in cancer conjunct Jupiter on the IC. I love him to the depths of my heart, hes so sweet and genuine. such a smart lil guy, I think hell be a very nice boyfriend when his time comes. hes my favorite cancer <3 I have many people in my life with cancer risings too IP: Logged |

Havent met a lot of cancers. The Cancer man I know is really awesome. Gives a presence of great authority (Mars in Aries on Mars Asc). Really intelligent and witty. I don't think he's much of a feeler.. More of a thinker because of his Virgo moon. He's very sweet with animals though.I think it's true that most Cancers hide in their shell until they feel comfortable coming out. He was very quiet with me at first but when he opened up--WHOA. I still learn something new about him as the days go by. I hope we stay in contact when we're done with college. He's one of the few I feel comfortable being around with. IP: Logged |
