Well today is the start, until September 22nd and I got a flat tire. I kepy getting The Chariot card in Tarot for a reason, I guess.What about ya'll? ETA: Oops, it starts August 30th through September 22nd, guess I'm just experiencing the shadow period.  IP: Logged |

It must be something else you're experiencing because it doesn't go retrograde until the 30th of August.

I see. If that's the case then nothing knew except for a better opportunity at making some cash. Not much craziness happens for me during Mercury Retro with the exception of weird technological issues that sometimes sprout about. Many of the incidents that have happened during Mercury in Retro for me have also happened when Mercury was direct. ------------------

You can still get a new job. Just be aware that if you will most likely have to revise the job contract after mercury goes direct. IP: Logged |

Damn, right when I'm moving, starting a new job and changing universities. Well, this one is sure to be interesting for me. This all starts end of August, and I move Mid-September------------------

I have a feeling when Jupiter enters Libra my luck will finally work out for the best...It'll be in my 11th and 12th..

Hm. Not such an awesome time to file a lawsuit or go into labor, I guess.  Do you guys really think it has such a strong effect while in shadow?

My co worker is furious this morning bc it turns out the check for her totaled car will not arrive as expected and she needs to fill out some forms first that keep not arriving even though she called 3 times to make sure they have her correct new address. She was counting on that money as the dealership needs to cash in her check for the used car she purchased and she hates to owe people money.IP: Logged |

I think the shadow means that things done during that time will have to be revised at a later date. Simply because Mercury's transit over it is not final until it goes direct over it for good. ETA: The strength of the effect depends on a lot of things: Houses affected, what is ruled by Mercury in the chart, natal and transit planets on the Mercury path. Some people will feel it more than others. It really all depends and life continues to happen. I wouldn't file a lawsuit during that time, unless I would be open to have it revised. But as for going into labor, one can't help that. Some people are born with mercury retro. That's life. IP: Logged |

I sent in my applications about two weeks ago and nope, nothing back... It's been super frustrating! Revising contract after.. Hmmm I wonder what would this entail.. I can't wait for Jupiter to enter Libra! When it conjunct my MC (02Lib01), hope it brings me some good luck in terms of work and career... Jupiter is my chart ruler also. Yeah, I'm not trying to strategically plan out my labor, lol. I suppose I wouldn't mind having the lawsuit revised, but I'll probably go into labor before I have time to get it going anyway. Wish me luck, Mars and Saturn are squaring my luminaries, and Uranus is moving in on squaring my H6 Mars. Hopefully it will just be a super fast delivery! IP: Logged |

Mercury rules my Moon, so the Rx periods are never fun for me, unless I get blessed by some really pleasant Mars trine the way I did last time. Everything was sort of stop and go, but when it was go, it went really quickly!I have Mars squares approaching right now, but I'll have to see what else is happening in my chart that could mitigate the effects. Better to try to look at the positives while I'm in the mindset to do so. IP: Logged |

Knowing that you might have to revise a contract on a new job may not necessarily be bad. Suppose you had agreed to a low pay when you started, after mercury goes direct, you might be able to renegotiate a higher wage after you showed how valuable you are. IP: Logged |
