Not confident in every area but we learn from our mistakes and know it.

Also we tend to uphold the status quo, so in petty arguments can resort to pointing to our diplomas and trophies saying, "Who's really the expert, though?"

I think Faith is onto something with Capricorn. The 10th house is all about self confidence, it has already been proven, there is no need to prove anything

The shadow of any sign is so similar to it's light... Capricorn excels and needs no accolade or proof except the direct fruit of the labour to entirely manifest, eventually. But when they get caught in worrying whether they are proving themselves... that's the shadow. They need to do what they're doing because of that inner confidence in.the rightness of whatever it is. They dont do well unless they're pursuing something with heart, at least I don't with Leo on the MC, and a Capricorn Sun would be the same.

I'm emotionally level with Moon in Capricorn, but the Neptune conjunction doesn't help with self assertion, it helps with the inner confidence which comes of intimately feeling interconnectedness... that's what feels really good...

I left Toronto when I was 18 and moved to Ottawa. I have a few courses left an I'm an Engineer...yay!!!

I have always had to stay strong and be a defender of the way I was taught/raised to view education and employment.

Be liberal for social problems when they shall arise..but don't over do it, but also understand conservative views for business to boom in the competitive world.

Ideally you should come somewhere in the middle, that's the typical Toronto view.

Ottawa is a different society that's to dependent on the federal government.

The people here are either:

a) Employed in the federal government and are oblivious to the bigger problems and unable to improve because there to conservative and would rather preserve there way of thinking.

b) Working poor and also unable to improve because there too liberal and dependent on social services.

I'm neither.. I'm not a tax wasting government employee and I'm neither a dependent on social services.

Whats hold me together is the fact that I knew long term neither is sustainable and both are only a short term fix.

The true purpose of Government jobs and social services is to help you move on in the short term, its not a permanent solution,
But both groups fail to see that.

Both groups have seen changes in there way of life and what keeps me strong is the fact that I haven't inherited the problems that they have.

The government workers and the social service dependents have seen continued cutbacks and funding cuts.
