I am also going through this transit. I think it might make moving out more difficult or there might be some unexpected problems popping up. Well, at least that’s what I am now experiencing. I’ve heard that Saturn tends to stabilize the living situation when approaching the end of the house.

It's very common for people to be serious about finding a root during Saturn in 4th and often it is time for someone to move out and live by themselves if they were living with their parents. Mars will make it even more likely to happen. Often Saturn makes one feel restricted and by the time it reaches the end of 4th house, one moves out. But with Mars there, you're gonna be more determined to act. Fascinatingly my Virgo rising friend moved in with her bf last year when Saturn started transiting Sadge.
