Don't you think the aspects in a chart that are of a 0-1/2 (mostly just 0) degrees orb, are karmic aspects? Like my 4 (hard - could use soft but probably more prominent with hard) aspects with a 0 degree orb are the ones that play a major role in my life and personality. Also in synastry charts you'll see when planets are conjunct with the same orbs you feel it the connection so strongly and/or instantly. Karmic in a sense that it has lots of power in your life and who you are. What do y'all think?

I think close aspects in synastry are karmic, but I don't know concerning the natal ones. I think all our natal aspects come from past life influence and what we should do here, so in a way they are all karmic. But the smaller the orb the greater the effect of course. These aspects are more dominant, and may relate to more significant past lives events/factors.

I think in general maximum karma in a chart will be shown through Saturn. Closest aspects and exact conjunctions more intense, of course.

The sign is important because it generalizes your patterning. The degree is important because it can help pinpoint a specific pattern that needs to be replaced. The house is important because it helps show you what area of life to focus where your new patterning will happen.

Other planetary aspects that are exact conjunctions or very tight orbs can help you prioritize your concentrations of energy or focus for your intended life experience. And yes, because karma has to do with balance, or patterning, conjunctions can provide valuable information about your karmic past.
