Can someone explain what happens when a eclipse falls in someone's sun/moon/venus or asc? What does it suppose to mean?

To begin with, is it a Lunar or Solar Eclipse?
If the eclipse makes a conjunction to any planet/point, look to the house ruled by the planet receiving the conjunction, this is where you'll see the effects of the eclipse.
Remember when the eclipse makes a conjunction, it triggers all aspects made by that planet/point.
