For those with prominent Neptune/Pisces/12H elements in their charts,

What are some of the ways you cleanse yourself of all the different energies/vibes that are so easily picked up on and absorbed from being so empathic?

Self-imposed isolation.

Music, art and books. These serve as outlets. Sometimes I get too lost in them and come out feeling quite drained.

^ Yes I totally agree, hiking is great to clear the mind. Hiking in a nice area where there's a lot of plants and fresh crisp air with a hint of sap - extremely soothing.

Now that I think about it, physical activities can have positive effects on a tired mind and weary heart. It's probably the whole body-mind-spirit thing.

Practice mindfulness. There was a study done where there was 2 groups of people who were depressed, one group (over the cause of 6 weeks) had to do 10 minute mindfulness everyday and the other group didn't do any. The statistics showed that the group who did mindfulness felt a bit better overall in their mood, while the group who didn't had no change really.
Mindfulness really helps with coming in touch with what's in your mind and truly being in the present.

Like everyone else above I take time off so I would stay at home for example on Saturday and read, do my art and gather back my energy. I also learned over time to avoid some things that I can so for example I don't read newspaper and I don't watch news.

Breathing techniques, chi gong style, any time I need them. I clear my auric field pretty regularly, a bit difficult to describe the energetic process... but it's very visual, visceral... visual as in second sight/third eye styles...

It used to be music, time to myself, consciously clearing and removing negative energy through...I guess it's sort of a meditation, and walking by myself.

I don't have time to do anything by myself anymore, so I have to hire someone else to clear my energy for me. I see a shaman healer who clears out a lot of the crap I cart around, and usually ends our session with reiki.
