I'm havig the eclipse in my 8th house and last night I had another panic attack that resulted in the paramedics coming and me going to the ER (3rd time in 2 months). I was/am so scared because it's in the 8th house of death and I currently have Mars and Saturn transiting my 6th house of health and a week away from exact conjunction. I'm genuinely worried that my health and the death 8th house energy will eclipse something really important... like my life >.<

I don't want to go to the ER a 4th time, so what do I do since the lunar energy will play out for 6 months. I'm a Cancer rising so lunar eclipses really hit me. March's eclipse was exactly conjuct my 9th house Pisces Mars which made me eager to really push myself to learn astrology and learn more about my multiracial background.

I hear you! Had some of these before.

Get a pain killer when you start feeling the first symptoms of the panic attack.
Seriously!
I suffered a panic attack a few years ago and ended in ER. Then another one 3 weeks later and another trip to ER.
Now I know what to do - the first symptoms of the panic attack approaching - I get a 400 Iboprophen or anything that deals with pain. The panic goes away. Trust me, and try it. After twarding a few more panic attack after the situation and after I handled it with the pain killer, the attacks stopped and I haven't had any more of these.
Later on, I read online that pain killers deal not only with physical pain but they also handle the pain of the brain ( panic).

Hi SunAscendant,

You can't die from a panic attack, but I would consider whether you could have asthma; an inhaler could be a help to you.

A positive life choice would be to take up meditation, look at forms of healing (your mindset) and maybe do your reiki 1 - that changed my life irrevocably and the 8th House is about healing and psychic ability. Another consideration is working on strengthening your aura and protection, as 8th House planets are more prone to being drained by external energies.

Now the most important thing I have to tell you is that death is NOT the 8th House. The 8th House is loss, usually people with planets in the 8th experience fear and sometimes loss at an early age too, or the feeling of such.

If you want to predict your death look at your IC! Or actually under the circumstances I would say forget analysing your chart for the moment and try to keep your focus on areas which don’t scare you.

Most importantly find a way to laugh, and people who make you laugh. It’s difficult to panic when you stop taking life serious.

Reiki hugs x

I agree with taking up meditation. As well as regular exercise, eating better, drinking lots of water, getting adequate sunshine, and perhaps cognitive therapy. I have strggled with panic disorder for 4 years. Finding out the ROOT CAUSE is essential to healing.

I'm positive it's my dad. I tense up and clench my fists everytime I hear him walking around. I can't stand him. Unfortunately I can't "get rid" of him

There was a 3.5 earthquake on Tuesday here in SoCal and I'm very earthquake sensitive (earth grand trine and earth dominant birth chart) so I feel the earth's energy more than most; I wonder if my ailments could be caused by yesterday's lunar eclipse and energy ruminating from a potential big earthquake. Idk why I'm relating my spike in anxiety to a potential earthquake, but if my intuition is telling me that then I shall listen z

Oh yeah, I was saying transit Mars and Saturn are hanging around 1-2 degrees of exact conjunction to my 6th house of health :/. Now those are two planets you don't want there >.<

Ok. Please allow me to ask you a question.

QUESTION: If you didn't know anything about astrology and eclipses, would you still be worried like you are right now?

I am asking because about 20 years ago, when I started learning about transits, I realized that transiting Saturn would soon be opposing my moon, and having read all sorts of dire predictions about it, I instantly became depressed and fearful. There was NOTHING in my life causing me depression other than the anticipated fear that this transit would be a very bad time for me.

Looking back, I realized how I used, or misused astrology to make my life miserable.

So, if there is anything in your life that's causing you to be anxious such as a bad health diagnosis where a doctor told you that you were very ill, I would suggest you really pull away from using astrology to make yourself miserable and anxious.

Fear created by astrology is one of the reasons some religions discourage people from studying this art. It can be misused in so many ways.
