Do you think that mars in scorpio opposition saturn in taurus would make someone more self controlled and inhibited (because of the signs)? Or any hard aspect mars/saturn - gives the person a more controlled and inwardly expression of their anger abd passion?

Depends on other factors in the chart.
If the chart is very firey, the expression will be a little more controlled, but not very inhibited. If the chart is more watery/earthy, then yes, there might be intense internalization going on that might result in deep insecurities and a lack of assertiveness.

The anger can be explosive however, so be careful. This is an aspect associated with abuse, either verbal or physical.

All I know is that Mars/Saturn aspects are extremely karmic. Your actions here have consequences, usually within one's lifetime. The karma here comes fast for those with this placement, of course it also includes good karma.
