The First Lady looks African to me.. Not Asian islander. Although she could possibly have some influence. I'm thinking west Africa, like Ghana, even though she's a bit lighter. The second lady I suppose looks like a mix, like Greek and isreali You also look middle eastern, but I am not sure on specifics IP: Logged |

I'd be cheating if I said because I remember you from the past. But it makes me think of something funny. I have friends all over the world and one thing we all love to do is play with stereotypes and political incorrectness (we trust each other and the love between us). For instance over the weekend I went to a Catholic Irish and Polish BBQ on Sunday. They had the Boy Scouts there assisting, and the local fire department cooked the chicken and brought it in. I marveled at how organized it was and said that if you came to one of my community BBQs you'd find a bunch of Turks and Bosnians digging holes (BBQ pits), and dinner would be served at midnight... Anyway when you asked which country in the Middle East it also made me think how in certain gatherings if you get Black Americans and Black Africans together, the Black Americans can usually tell the country of origin of White people, but can't tell you where Middle Easterners are from- we joke and say, we'll leave that for the Africans (who travel to the Middle East more often and are quite good at it). I have a friend who thinks its nuts I can't tell the difference between an Iraqi and someone from Yemen (don't like the term Yemeni for some odd reason). Must be something similar to my surprise when she says she sees no difference between a Spaniard and a Brit. Though obviously it's getting harder since we're all loving each other and mixing IP: Logged |
