I'm always thinking about getting more money, growing my biz and the like, I've had a couple of innovative business ventures, but I get bored easily. My mind is sharp, I'm good at learning new things on my own (I actually love learning). I enjoy having material things but I'm cautious about how I spend the money, I'm always "quality over quantity". When I feel bad I tend to buy things in an attempt to feeling better (sometimes it works, usually is just a temporary relief).

Interesting. I do understanding the use of one hands in generating an income . And even the part where it is likely that the income may come from multiple sources etc.

Yes, i guess having Sun and Mercury conjunct would endow one with an analytical mind to which the mind is attached. But with Leo,Cancer as the energies involved, the ego is far from detached.

When you said that you buy things to feel better, i immediately thought of Venus in Cancer for some reason. But 2nd house cusp in Cancer could be similar in expression.

Like u, my Mercury is in Cap. And i tend to be comfortable with detail work. But please god, not too much

I am also like this.But my moon is in the 3rd. Not great with saying it either. Much prefer showing someone i care with actions.

I dont mean to go off topic here. But i have to ask; Are you better at writing things down? Maybe even have a way with words? The 3rd house cusp with Virgo would suggest a talent with words.

The cusp of my 3rd house is the cusp of cancer like 1 degree, libra is intercepted in my 6th house with the cusp on Virgo and my Mercury is at 29 Virgo conjunct sun/Mars 4 libra. Jupiter is placed in my 3rd house.

I think Mars conjunct my Mercury/sun and it being placed in the 6th can relate to me being drawn to metalsmithing and machinery in general. I'm good at building stuff and using my hands! When I was younger I would take things apart/fix them, always drawn to tools too. I like understanding the structure of things.

I also have Mars in 6th(placidus)and am unfortunately not that skilled with my hands. Mars in Libra is square to Mercury and Moon.

People often talk of Mars in 6th as a feisty worker that doesn't take orders well. Also one who can demonstrate quite a temper with co-workers.

I'm not sure I'm good with words, I think it's easier for me to write things down but I never do that. I think my 3rd house Venus makes me very polite and I appreciate nice communicating skills.

I do take some risks - financially speaking I have invested (once or twice nothing major since I don't have the money anyway) in things that most people wouldn't.

Personally, I do take risks all the time. I've quit jobs without having another one lined up, I've moved out of my country - twice - without having a job or friends in the target country or a plan. I've had all kind of different jobs although the last 6-7 years I've "settled" in one area, although in very different positions. I'm currently working as a project manager in software development.

I struggle when it comes to saving money. Even he times that I did have a good salary, it was very hard for me to control my impulses (Mars in Gemini in 2nd house too), although I've got better.

Oh! I also love using my hands. I move my hands all the time when speaking and love to do things that involve my hands (i.e video games :P )

I am not sure about my mercury conjunct neptune aspect. Sometimes it is hard to focuss on the work and I do a lot of daydreaming. Also, I am usually aware of the hidden thoughts of others. I love to analyze everything and everybody.

I am also having mars in scorpio in 6th house. Unfortunatly, it is loosly conjunct with pluto :/
This aspect makes me very unpatient at work. I can't stand lazy people. If somthing needs to be done it will be done. Sometimes I feel like I am a bull in a china shop

I would have loved to work in an artsy , farsty field. But i doubt that such an industry would sustain me long-term. It looks so harsh and cutthroat

Similar to Mercury in Taurus, the information that one is likely to absorb or consume is information that will be based on subjective usefulness i.e "how will this benefit me?"or "how will knowing this now be useful for me in the future?"

If Cancer is on the cusp of the 2nd, i am guessing it could also add in there and make one very security conscious i.e how stable am i, how much do i earn, how able am i to earn my own keep? Etc. Because Cancer has its association with the Moon.
