What is any of your experiences in dealing with chiron in the 8th house or in scorpio? What themes play out the most for you with this placement? Has anyone interacted with someone with this placement? What were they like?

chiron is that part of us that needs to sacrifice him/herself, and has a hunger for healing and being healed which is sadly never satisfied.
Chiron usually causes endless loops of repeating personal mistakes (depending on planets and houses making aspects to it).
In scorpio or the 8th house, it would mostly have to do with intimacy, trust or power control issues. IP: Logged |

it could be interpreted in this way that the person needs to play the role of a hero when it comes to such matters. I have never met a chiron in 8th or scorpio in person, but I closely know a chiron in the 7th. He has a deep compassion for close friends/lovers and usually attracts (and looks for) friends or lovers who are broken (as in like a fallen angel!) or socially awkward people, or outlaws and underdogs. In the 8th house which comes right after the 7th, I suppose it would make one need to be some hero who saves damsels in distress. He might be attracted to people who have been abused or those who are poor, so that he can play the hero for them. I hope this helps! IP: Logged |

However I'm a girl and have never really been in a relationship, but I do feel like I attract in people who need the "boost" i can give (sexually) in everyone I attract.. Usually I make myself out to be the 'damsel in distress' hahaIP: Logged |

I have Chiron in 8H but in CancerThis placement has difficulty exposing themselves emotionally to others - usually in romantic relationships but it has even extended over to family and friends for me. It's not that they don't feel for others, they do, but they have a hard time showing it b/c they have no idea how to. Also, sexually they never feel like they truly 'let loose', and they may feel awkward about their own sexual nature. For myself, I have problems w/ showing and receiving nurture, since my Chiron is in Cancer. IP: Logged |
