So I was just reading Alyssa Sharpe's interpretations to do with the 8th house and while I resonated with my Mars (in Scorpio) in the 8th house description, I also really felt the Venus in 8th house description.. (I have Venus in Leo 5th house, square Mars at 0 degree orb)
Is it maybe that in a woman's chart, Mars could feel similar to Venus in some regards?
Here are the interpretations:
Venus in the 8th: You’ve had endless cycles of bad love affairs, and find it hard to distance yourself from past lovers. Most likely sexual early in life, and can’t have a relationship without sex. Also, a one night stand might be too much for you to handle if it doesn’t become a relationship. You are very faithful to the one ur with.

Mars in the 8th: A victim of abuse, possibly sexual or violent. You feel repressed and unable to find determination to succeed. Learn focus and cultivate great power. If you were not actually a victim of abuse, you will learn of it’s reality and be affected by it at a very early age. Implanting sadness and fear on to you, making you afraid of the future and of others intentions.

The "fear of others' intentions" even i as a Scorpio Venus, can relate to.

If you have Mars in aspect to Venus, that could also have you resonate with the more sexual side of love expression. As is common with Venus in Scorpio,

The 8th house has such a strong correlation to Pluto/Mars and Scorpio naturally because of the areas of life it governs.

As a Mars/Moon square native,there is some resonance with Aries Moon.

It could be that because of the square that the two are tied and express themselves jointly(albeit akwardly) in each others houses ?

Do you resonate with Mars in 5th?
