What is up with Leo and hair?

Mercury, Venus and Mars in Virgo and he is a personal trainer, okay....that is a given.

Chris Hemsworth also shares Virgo energy. As his Moon,Mercury and Venus are also there.

Love Sun/Jupiter conjunct types. And when in Leo, he could be a lot more intelligent than what is expected of someone who looks like a marvel cartoon hero.

Leo is a bit of a show off and very much about the Ego. And so with Sun/Jupiter widely conjunct Mercury/Venus in the Leo /Virgo mix there, he may show off( Sun in Leo) how much he knows (Jupiter/Mercury) and in great detail(Virgo) so as to gain other's approval of him(Venus). Or have people like him.

Venus-Jupiter, Sun-Jupiter usually adds popularity. And when they are all joined up like that, its potent.

So he may not necessarily be the "hottest" by the strict definition of the word(because such person imo does not exist unequivocally), but perhaps he certainly is very eye catching and a "stand out" (Leo).

Interesting that Fabio(who was also well known for his long locks and towering physique) has Mc in Leo(if his Asc position is to be believed) conjunct this guy's natal Sun/Jupiter combo.
