I feel like every area of my life is transforming and ending. Its making its last pass over my Saturn :/ and will be exact on November 16. Idk how long after that has to pass so I can start to feel normal again.

For those of you going through Saturn return now, how are you doing?

And for those of you who've had their Saturn return already, what happened after its last pass?

I'm currently going through my solar return. I feel you. I realized I have to work harder for the things I want, which means eliminating things which are not as important to me anymore. I am learning to appreciate things and people a lot more for what they do for me in my life. I'm also appreciating the little subtleties in life and understanding that no good thing comes over night. It takes time, resources, effort.

Most of all, the biggest take away from this is to understand that it's ok to make mistakes. That's the only way we can learn and gain experience in life. My life would be a lot more meaningless if I didn't make the mistakes I did. Also, my life would be alot less meaningful if I didn't experience things and explore life to it's fullest potential.

I'm also learning to be more present and in the moment. There is nothing that matters more than what is happening now. Arrive in your mind, your body, your soul. Afterall, we're all we have.

I had my Saturn return quite some time ago. Just the usual stuff happened...change of boyfriend...change of jobs....change of living...nothing major.

Bend with the wind and embrace it!

Mine is immenently approaching, should be exact by late November.

I've been working on another album (collection of songs). Been taking my time with this one. I would normally want to bang it out in a weekend, but I've been spacing this one out in different studio sessions over a couple months. More time and money, but I'm trying to produce something higher quality. For some reason, I have this feeling I need to finish it and put it out by November though. Can't explain why. If I ever do another project after this one, something about it will be different (genre of music, the studio, the people that work on it, something...)

Some of my values have been shifting. Some things I always thought were important before appear silly to me now. Starting to really think about my future seriously - I was always more of a live-in-the-moment, take life one-day-at-a-time type. Realizing I want to settle down with a girl eventually.

Career-wise and financially, haven't been doing too well. I never really lost sleep over it, but now it's starting to be a concern.

I've been taking care of myself a little more - been drinking all types of herbal teas for health reasons. Watching what I eat more, trying to eat more fruits and veggies.

In a nutshell, I've been kinda in a perpetual state of limbo. Trying to make changes in my life, but I'm not sure what they should be. It's a feeling of responsibility mixed with confusion. I'm hoping maybe things will get clearer once it's exact.

Yeah I started mines awhile ago but it won't hit me hard until December of this year. I feel it more as it approaches. I feel like I'm starting to take life more seriously now.
My Moon parallels my Saturn and I have Mars in opposition of my Saturn. Sometimes I feel like I want to isolate myself or I want to run away. I have Saturn in the 4th house. I feel like this maybe affecting my relationships with people. Like I ended a friendship with a childhood friend. I don't really have the desire to be friends with people who I use to be friends with.

Mine has made me busier than ever in my whole life. I have a loooooooooot of things going on but they're all good things. I randomly applied for a youth work visa to the UK but that might be because transit uranus was conjunct my natal north node. Not sure.

Saturn return? Here’s the list:
- multiple major crisis in my long-lasting relationship (Uranus transiting 7th house and NN in 7th house helped)…
- serial trips abroad for study reasons, I live for several months a year in another country, in the last 2 years I've met a lot of new people, struggled against old issues of shyness that stem from my childhood, issues related to self-confidence in personal relationships and my proverbial lack of social skills… (usually a group of people join easily and make friends while I stay out of the circle watching and I don’t understand why it doesn’t work for me…), and I’ve learnt that I can bond with people if only I open up a little, I’ve been too restrained and cautious (and over sensitive) all my life… be kind, speak, listen and turn the guard down… not everyone is judging you all the time! (I’ve felt like this for 30 years). Miracles can happen (most of them inside yourself)! My old nature will never change though.
- I’ve a lot of Saturn in my chart: is conjunct my Sun, Uranus and Mercury (3rd house), opposes my Moon and Chiron, squares my Mars and Jupiter in Pisces. So all kind of issues are coming up with the Saturn return…
- My Venus-Pluto is getting activated too, intense feelings.
- I’m eating more vegan food.
- More willing to offer my service to others, like a volunteer (always felt, now more). I feel like I love all the creatures in the world and I have this impulse to be friendly and I feel compassion, even for those who look at you with malicious glances… (Some of these things feel like a sort of awakening, I don't know).
- I’ve started to do things that I’ve always wanted to explore but never had courage/opportunity. I’m more creative (I play, paint… I’ve always been but now I feel the urge in my soul)…
- Running parallel, my Pluto is transiting my 4th house… a lot of changes in the family “equilibrium”… but it’s another story.
This list is already too long

My Saturn return was awesome. I didn't even realize I went through it until it was basically over.

I finally got the courage to end a four year relationship that I wasn't happy in. I gained a lot of confidence and got rid of people who weren't benefiting my life in some way. I got a major promotion at work. And bought my own condo.

Saturn return FTW!

Charlie;

Change of living might change for me soon, I'm single but have been vying after someone online, an unrealistic expectation because I idealized. And its barely now hitting me :/

I'm trying to bend with the wind. Trust me. sigh.

CosmizPhuz;

Its weird you mention releasing your music right when its exact. I will be releasing some work right when its exact in November too and I am hoping I yields a good return.

"Some of my values have been shifting. Some things I always thought were important before appear silly to me now. Starting to really think about my future seriously - I was always more of a live-in-the-moment, take life one-day-at-a-time type. Realizing I want to settle down with a girl eventually."

Everything here is so me, all of a sudden its like I'm trying to beat time and its scaring me, love *sigh* idk about that I am starting to think its like a distraction from what I want accomplish for myself - the live in the moment yea and its hitting me that I need to think about the future as well.

Career wise & Finances - same here.

When it hits exact is this its last pass for you?

Mine hits exact in Nov 16 last pass then it doesn't go retrograde over my natal Saturn anymore - on to my Uranus and Neptune D:

I'm trying to make changes too, really lost on where I should focus.

ChildofVenus;

Me too, starting to take life more seriously. Like I want to run away yes.

Bonsai;

That sounds amazing Bonsai, so strange how it works out differently for some. Usually, I always read sad depressive stories. But good for you! Do you feel stressed though a little overwhelmed by everything that's going on?

Chaitaly;

Yes this, Uranus keeps dancing back and forward on my DC then it will go fully into my 7th :/ so I guess a lot of instability in relationships as well as endings. Thank you for sharing your list.

Polkadotstars;

That's so great! Girl, you must have done your work diligently in your 20's I know several whom I am talking to that Saturn is like a breeze to them.

Strangely enough not really. I actually finished my personal Saturn return in October last year but, as you know, Saturn return still lasts while it's in your sign. A few months ago I randomly met a girl on the streets who became a new friend and, through her I've met heaps of new people and suddenly I was being invited to all these gatherings and events while getting a new full time job and running a side business and singing in a demanding choir while being successfully treated for something that I've been struggling with for half my life due to a stressful childhood. I have another friend who insists I speak with her in Russian to improve my skills there lol. Just when I thought I had reached that age when I was no longer going to make any more friends, then I get hit with a bunch of new ones. It's funny given it's Saturn but it seems that Saturn is ordering me to actually have FUN? That's one of my lessons, because in the past I'd often just sit at home. Saturn is also teaching me how to be more organised and use my time more efficiently (I have to if I'm to have time to do all the above). In the past I couldn't have done even a quarter of what I'm doing now. I think having natal Saturn stationary direct can have a huge influence though.

Now if only I could find my dream man that way lolllll. That'd be the ideal.

My Saturn return was smooth sailing. It was fairly uneventful. Life after the Saturn return, unfortunately, has been pure hell for me. I'm praying that my life ends soon, but I have a feeling that I will have a long, painful life. Oh well.

If my relationship didn't ended this time around, it probably will in a couple of years, when Uranus will be in 8th house and in opposition to my Venus in Scorpio in 2nd house (and Pluto). This transit scares me a lot (everything will be about 8th house issues, Venus, Scorpio, and the 2nd house...).

Part of me hopes for a good outcome/return on releasing my work then. Part of me feels like it will be an end/start of a new phase for me then, so it could serve as a "last hurrah" or "debut" for that change - if that makes sense.

Don't remember the exact day it passes over for me, I'm thinking November 25 or 26 (this is my first Saturn return). I think it will just pass over once for me, if that's what you mean. It will pass it again for me when I'm 58 ish, though (if I live long enough till then haha).

Good to know I'm not alone on this. All we can do is hang in there and do our best!

Julz, I understand your frustrations when dealing with saturn return. You take what you can get from it. We can either look at it in two ways: A saturn return that's full of limitations, restrictions and negative energy....or we can try to keep our heads up and understand that anything negative is only temporary. The storm will pass. Believe that happiness and strength are there and will always be there for you. Sometimes it's hard to always keep up a positive demeanor. I fall victim to that downward spiral too. However, I think you would benefit from some uplifting words.

But don't worry, it's completely human to feel negative from time to time. Try to lighten up just a bit. Life can't always be doom and gloom, right..?

Astra, I am so sorry to hear that. I wish the pain will go away and that your life will be beautiful..
