Personally I relate to both Scorpio and Libra traits. The thing is, Venus and Pluto were heavily aspected on my natal. And even with Libra asc, my sun would sit in 8H. I still don't know how to differentiate these energies.

My friends tend to describe me as warm, friendly, cheerful but also moody, quite yet sometimes a bit of chatterbox (courtesy to Gemini I believe). there are quite a few friends that said their first impression of me were aloof and/or haughty, they even scared to say hi because they fear I would reject them.

Is mercury mutable planet? I have mercury in Taurus.
I usually set my TOB at 3pm and it put my asc on 9deg Scorpio, opposite Venus (4deg taurus) and widely opposite mercury (18deg Taurus). I checked declinations, and it contra parallel mercury, too

Even without asc confusion, my natal chart were all over the places, with lots of squares and opposites here and there. I feel the energy often obscured. Its hard to pick up the energy.

For anyone curious, here is my natal with Scorpio asc. This one I normally used

No, I was referring to birth information that would allow me to see the declinations and potential contra/parallels. However, it took me just 3 tries to get reproduce your planet positions exactly, so I can give you a better idea of what to look for.

Look for an Asc in the very early degrees of Libra for a parallel with Mars / Pluto (possible source of fixity people are seeing, which correlates to a very strong, Scorpio-like personality); or in mid-Libra conjunct the Moon if Moon conjunct Asc seems to fit; or in last few degrees of Libra for a parallel to Moon; or in first couple degrees of Scorpio for parallel with Moon / contra-parallel with Venus.

Watch transits through those areas -- especially Jupiter now that it will soon be in Libra. The Asc is hit (by sign degree or declination) when body and/or relational matters are triggered.

The fixity people are seeing comes partly from Mars 0S52 parallel Pluto 1S15.

Still, best chance of pinpointing a real Asc if you email me your birth data. No obligation.
