I'm Cancer born, Moon in Pisces and Scorpio Asc and I didn't thought much of the eclipse but something absolutely weird happened, a person who hurt me in the past called to apologize after almost 10 months, it moved things again, is this what the eclipse is about ? Should I continue then with this person, is it real?

It's an emotional eclipse, it could be about healing the past - Mercury is retrograde at the moment and so working through past issues is key.
