I was once a juvenile runaway living on the streets. Sexual abuse and molestation of kids (teen and younger) was rampant there, and actually contributed to city budgets in more than one case. I met many kids who had experience sexual abuse (sometimes to mind boggling degrees that might shock even Stephen King) before they fled to the streets.In many cases, abusers targeted us because they felt they could get away with it. We were street trash, and the law was as much our enemy as it was theirs (and the law may actually favor "respectable" abusers over kids on the street). One guy who tried to rape me talked about his own daughter, and he did look like a married man who probably did have a daughter, and his daughter may have never known what a predatory creep he was because he could vent his perversions against kids on the streets. And as for the people offering us money for sex, I couldn't even guesstimate how many I've seen. They are legion, and from time to time even kids could be hired to perform sexual services or entertainment at a rich party. And as far as I can tell, it's always been like that through history, and it was more open among those who were, for whatever reason, above the law, and/or inflicted the most on those for whom the law cared nothing about (slaves, homeless, etc, and often the very young and old and/or disabled).
(And wow I could share some stories of strange perversions out there, like that of the man we called "Shoe Man." He was better and safer than most johns in that he'd just masturbate in a kid's shoe as she or he--the guy preferred females, but was okay with boys--watched, and only one side, forget if it was the left or the right, but it was always the same side. He'd toss the other one away but keep the one he'd used. He'd not only pay to be allowed to do this, and the kid had to watch, but buy the kid new shoes. He didn't come out often, but he came out regularly enough, and it was always the same. And he wasn't the most bizarre, and certainly not the most dangerous, but offhand that's the only example that I think I can get away sharing about on LL.)
It's often brushed under the carpet. For example Kathryn Bolkovac along with other UN cops tried to expose the institutionalized trafficking of underage girls with the cooperation of UN authorities and "peace keepers," and those same peace keepers being customers (who sexually abused the underage girls). Think about that: Bolkovac (and other cops dismissed) were the ones gotten rid of for trying to expose it (and it was successfully buried for years after a brief outcry) because sexual abuse by authorities is the norm! It is in no way unique.
People said it didn't happen in Oklahoma City until a self-styled "video vigilante" went out with his webcam and showed prostitutes by the elementary schools, some were kids (though of course the law is against showing a juvenile's face or revealing her identity when she is the victim of sexual abuse, including selling her body on the streets)...let me see if I can find where she caught an abduction of a woman in broad daylight as several cars pass with the only one calling the cops the one recording it on webcam. Furthermore, drugging and sexual extortion is fairly common as well, of people of all ages. You don't have to be a runaway or a prostitute for that...nor someone in Hollywood.
On top of that, other types of child abuse (and elderly abuse, etc) are also shockingly common. 5-6 children are said to die EACH DAY in the US alone from abuse, statistically speaking. And yet it's invisible to most of us.

What I'm saying is, Hollywood isn't weird, it's just more in the public eye. Combine that many there feel they're above the law (and they seem to be right more often than not) then they feel free to let out a part of themselves that most others feel obligated to keep under control, combined with that there scandal sells (and can actually help more than harm actors and directors) so is flaunted while people don't want to hear about the same things happening in their own community so it's swept under the rug by most media sources and politicians (but if the cameras of the paparazzi were to focus on our own communities, they'd find it going on there, too). Therefore the natal chart doesn't apply, IMO, because it's not just Hollywood, it's all around you, whether you see it or not.
