Hey randall I have a suggestion but its up to you and maybe the forum goers can say if they agreeWhen you close a topic you should after edit in the link to the new one. that way if someone is interested they can instantly go but its up to you if you decide you wont thats fine, just a suggestion to help the forum activity
i figured it wouldnt be hard to design the software that could do that easily automatically. but then i thought about it and realized that you probably cant unless your a website master. in that case you'd have to put in extra effort each time you close a thread. so im not sure anymore

When I transfer a thread, that one closes, and the link to the new one isn't formed till then. But I do put a notice about where it was moved to.IP: Logged |

AhhI'm not very avid on the laws of metaphysics of forum design and software for it all i just thought you could magically make a software where the robot (program) closes the thread, and then instantly the link to the new thread which is created at the same time, could be linked into the thread that just got closed. but i was mainly just feeling kind of rambunctious last night and then i eventually realized its really not that hard to find a post IP: Logged |
