They've been going back and forth for all of 2016 between those two signs. Which has been really amazing to be honest. It's the end of September. So basically 10 months.

I'm looking forward to some new energy, it might make it easier to take better actions within my life. It's in my 5th house, and i'm looking forward to it.

Which house is it going to be traveling through? Where has it been stuck?

A progressed chart is your natal chart "progressing" throughout the days as you get older. It's very much like transits, but the difference is that a year that you live in the outside world is a day that your chart progresses. For example, since I'm 17 years old, my progressed chart will only be 17 days from my date of birth. These charts demonstrate our growth in life and the traits that we pick up as the planets pass through the signs. Right now, my progressed Mercury exited Aquarius and moved into Pisces, and my Cap Moon will be going into Aquarius soon.

Nope, it should still be in the same year. It's like very slow transits. Add 27 days to your birthday in the year you were born and that's what your progressed chart should be right now.

Astro.com can view your progressed chart in the Extended Chart Selection if you haven't checked. A simple way to do it is to check the transits 27 days after your birthday, but it won't give you all the details.

The progressed chart won`t change much, that is why the orbs have to be close, and also the aspects back to the natal have to be traced, they signify potential that comes into manifestation.

In my case Venus-potential being brought out by Mars and then triggered (for the actual timing) by Tr Mars, as well.

It's been in my fourth house, and it's been hard to take any forward moving actions because of family responsibilities for me.

Ditto. It was in my 4h FOREVER, and then into my 5h, and being pregnant, moving, difficulties with the rental we were living in, etc were incredibly draining.

Lately, as it's been in my 5h, I've been having to juggle (especially with Mercury Rx) schedules, school pickup routines, who will watch the baby while I do _________.

I agree that Mars into Capricorn is going to be a welcome new energy. It will find my Moon and Neptune within 8 degrees, and then my draconic Moon a little later.

I just had Mars conjunct my natal Uranus and nothing extreme happened whatsoever. For what it's worth. My Uranus is in the second house and if anything I had a serious injection of self confidence and an awareness of the importance of being totally present in the moment at all times... another function of Uranus.

I've watched this transit numerous times in numerous people. Sometimes something happens, but it's often much more minor than you'd expect. If you're grounded and at peace within yourself, even if others try to start arguments, it won't get anywhere. You are in control.
