Venus in 7th. I like people who are cordiall, restrained and agreeable.

My sister has Venus in 9th and she likes em smart and well read.

A good friend has Venus in 1st and he has dated a few fiery ones lol

I'm a Venus in Virgo, 8th house.

8th house - I love people with Scorpionic/Plutonian energries. I have always admired Scorpios from afar and if I had the choice out of all signs, I'd marry a Scorpio. They are very loyal and committed.

Virgo - I admire Virgos, I like people who are organized and have their stuff together. I also like people that pay close attention to detail.

Both as friends, and very often physically attracted. The same for Sag Asc. I have tons of Sag Asc folks in my long-term friendships, including my husband.

However, Sag Suns are rarely, if ever, physically attracted to me for long, if at all. They seem to have a physical "type" that I just don't meet the criteria for.

I've noticed that the Sag Suns I've known, as far as men, seem to prefer bigger women, and I'm generally somewhat tall and slender. That's just what I've observed in my experience, though.

And regardless of how much water they have in their chart, my wateriness seems to generally cramp their style.

But as friends, I absolutely love my Sag friends, and vice versa. I've lost touch with many of them, as we move and relocate, etc.

It probably has a lot to do with my Leo Asc, Aries Venus, and Sag NN, but I won't discount the house placement.
Sag is definitely one of my favorite signs. Usually.

I also have Mars in 6h, and I am very much attracted to Virgo Suns. Actually more so than Sag Suns, but they are my favorite signs for friendship as well as attraction, it seems.

My Mars is in Capricorn...however, I am rarely attracted to Capricorns. There have been a few, but not very often. I believe they probably clash too much with my hard Cardinal squares. But as friends I can do pretty well with Caps.

My Venus is in Libra, which really colours the whole thing... I like a certain amount of practicality in a partner, and reserve and tact and... am not all the way a Piscean Venus, you know?

Plus my Juno in Virgo precludes my falling for a gung-ho Pisces .. oh and my Mars in Aries likes a man in uniform, lol, never thought it would be true but he was wearing this really nice reflective jacket and was talking about how he has long wanted to go to school to become a paramedic and I was like... oh. Yup. That's my Mars in Aries for you. Never ever thought that one would come true, and it totally did (in that he loves the concept of wearing a uniform, has all this camouflage gear, etc.). Mars is easily just as important as Venus; Mars is sexual attraction.
