According to traditional theory, any square or opposition is a hang up, and i initially subscribed to that and saw myself as very flawed. Eventually I come to realize there's no such thing. Your chart is your way of life. As I have Jupiter oppositions, and many planets funelling into it, I have a narrow view into philosophical thinking. Its my way and path in life. It can be evident that I am not just the opposition, or a venus mars square. I am the whole of the chart, which most of the planets are being funnelled to jupiter, and thus I am a thinker. It's the whole chart that you are. You can pay attention to location, what kind of angle is a planet making to the rest, does that planet get emphasis, is it more of a support planet, or an idea planet, then you add that to your whole chart understanding, and then you eventually come to realize your main planet for expression, and how other planets have a minor theme. For me it would be jupiter outlet with mars as a secondonary hand, the moon as a support and background expression, and my main body of planets all work as a base of which they are the ones forming the ideas and doing the thinking but Jupiter is the one who shines his head and says "this is what I want you guys to reflect to" IP: Logged |

I think my mercury / mars conjunction in Virgo seriously rules my chart. It's the absolute powerhouse.
Both in an astrological sense and in my personality. While I certainly make the effort to see the good in bad situations and often I do. Often I'll see the good in other people. I struggle to find the good in myself. That could be a 12th thing as well which they're both in.
I mostly see flaws in myself and areas in which I not only can improve, but NEED to improve.
I love and hate people at the same time. I love and admire what comes naturally to them, but not to me. I hate that as well.
I was told tonight, not in a mean way or with mean intentions that my eyes give a look of, "what the hell are you looking at?" I took it at face value for what it is. Nothing more or less.
I wish that I could smile more, be more friendly, open to strangers. It's sad really. The thing is, I dislike what doesn't come natural as it seems so forced. I don't like that. So I don't do it.
I don't know.
So many things.....
Could be Pluto in the first house as well. I could write a monster of a post just on these things only.
It's ironic that this has been weighing on my mind heavily as of late and here is this opportunity to vent it out just a little bit. IP: Logged |

I don't have any.  I like every part of my chart, because I value all my experiences. On one hand my chart can occasionally be challenging to deal with but on the other hand my hard aspects reflect only what I've been through, not an absolute reality. As long as I'm willing to face my obstacles head-on they can't hold me back. This isn't to say my chart is perfect. Far from it. I'm just as flawed as anyone else, but even with all my imperfections I believe that no placement is a hang up. What a person does with the placement itself is important though.IP: Logged |

Neptune in the 1st squaring Virgo stellium. I can be delusional about myself, and have blind spots with people. There's no rock bottom... I have to stay away from alcohol and drugs. On the positive end, gives me artistic skills.IP: Logged |
