~What's your learning style?
I grab lots of varying information from everywhere and then look at each piece with my magnifying glass. Then I go out into the real world and experiment myself, seeing if that information adds up to what I experience. The cycle repeats.

~How did you first learned astrology?
Started with learning about my placements/aspects, reading online and watching videos. Went looking on a lot of forums like this one..
I practice intuiting/observing astrology in action through watching tv series/movies/etc and trying to intuit actors placements. This helped to get a feel for the archetypes/signs themselves and how they manifested differently according to the placements they are in.
Intuitive practice extends to others in everyday life, and myself.

~What tools, websites and books did you use?
I think astrodienst is the go-to place for charts themselves. Other than that just the normal ones like cafe astrology, astrofix, southfloridaastrologer, etc, etc, etc.

What tools, websites and books do you recommend?
No 1. thing I recommend in general is to experiment yourself a little bit. Read others opinions all you want, but develop an understanding of it for You. Learn not to just rely on the brain for understanding because it will only get you so far. Use it only for trying to define and ground information.

What's your mercury and Jupiter Signs?
-----Mercury in Virgo, 8H.
- Square pluto (0deg)
- Semi-square Mars, biquintile Neptune, semi-sextile MC (1)
- Square moon , Conjunct Venus (4deg)

----Jupiter in Aquarius, 2H
- Semi-sextile AC (1deg)
-trine Mars (2deg)

~ What sign is your 3rd House? Do you have planets in them?
Pisces 3rd house with Ceres and South Node

@SalemsEnd: great reply, very comprehensive. I totally agree with the bit "develop an understanding of it for You". Thanks!

Do you think your Pisces 3rd house effects your Virgo mercury in any way?

Thank you!
And yes definitely. I'm more piscean in my communication in general. Mind works in very abstract ways, and I have trouble with clarity in conversations with people.
Generally I find it helps to understand both energies though. Being able to analyse information but also 'feel it out' so to speak. It seems to help with being attentive to details, but not at the expense of the bigger picture or of being able to sense the undercurrents of what's being said (or not said), if that makes sense.
Also draconic mercury is in pisces, too.

Visual. For whatever reason I can remember charts pretty well and can visualize them in my head when people can tell me their placements. Photographic memory but at the same time I'm so spacey and scattered sometimes I forget really random everyday stuff all the time, my sense of time or direction is questionable.

I studied my chart, every little thing I could figure out about myself because I didn't want to pay for an in depth read. Just read, and re read every website, book I can get my hands on. Listen to astrology podcasts all the time, it's comforting. There's so much to learn and look into I feel like it's going to be a lifelong study. I grew up with Chinese astrology and always found it interesting, so when I discovered my natal chart when I was about 18 I was pretty obsessed and it hasn't stopped since.

My favorite is astro.com.. I like the planet dominant paragraphs on astrotheme.com. Oh yeah, grupovenus.com is really entertaining, they have tons of different chart reads for free that go to transits, personality and flower/stone essences and health.
My favorite astrologers are prolly Derek & Jessica Parker and Joan mcevers and Marion d March. I have other books I alternate with or read into again, i typically read several books at once. I suppose I should be better with memorizing all the astrologers names.
Astrology podcast is great too, Austin Coppock has a wonderful way of explaining astrology, he's rather metaphorical and poetic in his stories.

Mercury 29'30virgo 6H
Conj sun/Mars 4libra
Square Uranus by 1degree, widely Saturn (which is conj Neptune)
Semisquare Pluto
Closely parallel Pluto 0 degrees

Jupiter 9cancer 3H
Opposite Neptune 9H by 0'orb which also trines/sextiles my ASC by 0'10, opposite Saturn, Uranus since they conj Neptune, and Jupiter squares my sun/Mars conj and loosely Mercury.
Sextile moon

My moon is also in Virgo, I feel like the moons significant for memory.

3H cusp is at 1cancer
Moon placed in 5H
8H cusp ruler Jupiter/sag is placed in 3H
Jupiter conj Chiron
