So my bid for a house was accepted yesterday and I am meeting today with Realtor to sign contract and give earnest money. This is the first time I buy a house.

I have some interesting transits going on in my solar arc and solar return I want to share, feel free to comment.

Tr Jupiter and mercury are conjuncting my solar return AC. Mercury exact and Jupiter by 1d.

Transit mars is conjuncting my solar return IC exact. Tr mars is also conjuncting exact my solar arc Jupiter conjunct Uranus and Jupiter is ruling the 4H in my solar arc.

Transit Uranus is conjuncting exact my solar arc moon and my natal moon is conjuncting exact my solar arc IC!

My natal nodes are conjuncting exact my solar arc AC and DC.

Also my progressed nodes are conjuncting exact my progressed AC and DC axis.

Any transits of outer planets to natal angles to speak of?

I notice that Neptune in Pisces is squaring Saturn in Sag right now. And Pluto in Cap is squaring Jupiter in Libra

Its likely that Pluto/Jupiter and Uranus will be dancing around each other in a T-square formation from November 2016 to April 2017.

It certainly will be an interesting time for me.

Are your angles cardinal or do you(like me) have cardinal planets around the 18-23 degree mark?

I don't, my angles are fixed and I have pluto in Libra @28d. That is the thing that I don't see anything natally happening to explain this change but in my solar I have pluto in the 4th trining moon in the 8th and the house I am buying does need to be remodeled and needs love.

Hypatia,

the connections involving 4th house indicators seem VERY fitting for that.

Hey,your Pluto conjuncts my Dsc and opposing my Asc by less than 1 degree. It also squares my Ic/Mc axis with a wider 4 degree orb.

This is interesting because I aint going nowhere. But this is NOT about you Aries23, its about hypatia

Well Uranus only goes way up to oppose your natal Pluto in August 2017 before it goes retrograde. Perhaps you are being proactive?

Do you mind posting your chart?

^^My husband's 4H ruler is the SUN and transit Jupiter is conjuncting it exact. Transit venus is conjuncting his DC-Mars-Uranus tight stellium and venus rules his chart. However, I got the loan and I signed the purchase contract, I will include him in the title when we close. I am the provider, he will get a job soon. The purchase of this house is putting that in motion and the ruler of his 4H which is the sun falls in the 6th with Jupiter activating it so these changes are leading him to getting a job. Tr Jupiter on his sun I guess is been very kind giving him a job and a house.

Come to think of it I had not tried to purchase a home sooner because he was not open to this idea before till now so maybe this change will show more on his chart.

Interesting that when two people are married or when they have been together for a long time, your own personal transits are not the only thing that influences your life anymore.

As you said, the transit of Jupiter on his Sun could be making him feel ready to expand and grow. I totally understand that as a Sun-Jupiter conjunct myself.

I just wonder then if two people are married, does the composites(sum of both your charts)become that much more important?

I mean a relationship -marriage especially- is a binding agreement that influences you both as a couple and not always individually?

Hmmm....

In our composite the IC ruler is Venus falling in the 7H and transit venus is squaring the composite venus which conjuncts both our natal venuses since we both have venus in Leo. Further transit Uranus is trining our composite Venus which is our 4H ruler.

Actually Transit Uranus is completing a grandtrine in our composite between Venus in the 7H and 4H ruler and Neptune ruler of the 2H in the 11H.

There you have it! Neptune in the 11th ruling the 2nd house (investing in our hopes and dreams) trining venus ruler of 4H in the 7th (hopes and dreams involve the purchasing of a home which involves signing a contract) forming a grand trine with Transit Uranus the agent of change which is activating these energies in our composite.

Thanks Aries23degrees, so Uranus is activating your chart now isn't it?!

Kind of makes sense, Uranus wants Independence and the moon represents the home as is the natural ruler of the 4H.

Landlords can feel like nagging parents and purchasing a home is freedom from landlords.

I have to admit that I don't feel the transit until it hits a natal planet.

Pluto hitting Mercury is a BIG one- can't emphasize that enough.

Uranus hit Mercury last year and I didn't appreciate how "dumb" it made me feel as my mental aptitude was put to the test.

It'll go retrograde and almost hit my Moon/Mars square again in December. And am not sure what it will do this time.

The last time that happened, conditions around work were chaotic and I felt extra sensitive when things were blamed on me whenever and wherever they went wrong.

Now with my job gone, could the irritation come closer to home? Uranus transits are the "I didn't know this would happen" effect.

You make plans and then plan B. But with Uranus transits even with plan B,you will look and feel "unprepared" and have to just "wing it". And that is the scary part

Yes Uranus has a mind of its own. I am not getting the house I put in an offer for, that contract had to be terminated but this house I wanted originally when I first started looking for homes is now back on the market after been under contract twice and I put in an offer for it and it was accepted. Uranus usually is kind to me, maybe bc it conjuncts my Jupiter in the first natally and Uranus rules my IC.

Uranus is about dreams I feel, it makes sense it rules naturally the 11th house. It causes changes but in a positive way. Well if is badly aspected in your chart maybe not.

What does your Mercury rule?! It seems to be a sensitive point in your chart...

BTW I figured out what in my chart is showing this milestone in my life. Saturn is entering my 2nd house and it will conjunct my Southnode in the 2nd the day that I close and move into my home by 3d. Southnode is ruled by Jupiter which rules my 2nd and conjuncts Uranus ruler of my 4H.

Wow- what synchronicity.

But then again both 2nd and 4thtend to overlap. The 2nd being the tangibles-brick and mortar- and the 4th being our emotional sense of belonging.

Saturn in 2nd may cause you to tighten your purse strings. Unless you are fully prepared. Always makes me nervous when it enters the financial houses i.e 2nd and 8th house

But the good news is that when Saturn transits the 2nd, whatever you purchase/own is likely to be "for keeps". It rivals Pluto in making things "permanent".

I am very sensitive to planets hitting my Mercury/Mars and Moon.Trans-personal and outer planet transits especially-WOW! And the experience of the "Aha" moments can be orgasmic.I kid you not

This is maybe because of the natal T-square. And the reason I notice Mercury is because I intellectualize what is going on- feed it back to myself(Mercury opposing Moon) and then internalize it.

With Mars,I notice that I get extra sensitive(Mars-Moon square) and extra argumentative or I can go off on a tangent(Mars-Mercury square).

Edit: Today Transit Mercury is conjunct draconic Mercury/natal Pluto and square draconic Mars. I had a revelation early in the morning that I wrote down(came out of "nowhere")

Transiting Mars is square natal Mars(and therefore still acting with the natal T-square).

Had an interview last week that went awry when trans Mars was square Draconic Sun/Neptune and conjunct natal Mercury (acting with the T-square formation).

I am feeling quite touchy and argumentative. So I am refraining from posting new topics or saying something that will invite an argument on this forum
