Would the SN placement in 6H produce a person that NEGATIVELY, and constantly, over-analyze everything, is overly critical of others behavior/appearance etc and is not able to "trust the flow of universe"? Would this placement also produce a person that sometimes suffers from vague paranoia that has absolutely no foundation in real life?

And lastly, if above is somewhat true, how would the SN in Leo 6H behave?

I have to consciously avoid drama, though. People often see me as their dumping ground so to speak - someone they can bring their issues/vents/whatever to, and often expect me to pick a side and join in on the cause. I'm constantly trying to be objective, nonjudgmental, and emotionally distant. In other words, to avoid the group drama and stay in my own lane.

Edit: one more thing. Is it possible that since the NN in 12H is "behind" the Self, and thus a "shadow", it can make it very hard for this person to leave bad tendencies of the SN in 6H?

Short answer for your first question: yes, and no, it depends on aspects and the sign your NN and SN are in. I wouldn't say it gives no foundation in life or paranoia though. Overcriticalness is there, but with a 12 house NN it's all about overcoming that and learning not to be judgemental, especially with a Leo SN and an Aquarius NN.

SN in Leo needs to work on dramatics, being too self absorbed and putting too much stock in other people's opinions. They can get caught up in the drama of life and not even realize it. They can also overthink about what other's think about them and cause an internal worry or anxiety. The Aquarius NN will teach you to overcome that and to find strength in even your weirdest traits.

For your last question, no. I'm a 12 house NN as well and I believe having it in the house of the hidden and secrets can possibly make it feel harder to access because of that, but developing it is key to releasing some major karma and progressing our soul.

No, not by itself, and not likely of any importance to what you are describing. What you are describing is personality and mental outlook, possibly mental/emotional health, which relates to the Moon. South Node deals with subtle life direction, not personality. The 6th house is a section or slice of our life pie, not a mode of personality expression. The 6th house relates to vocational activities, physical health, habits, the care we give ourselves or those very close to us.
