Uranus is usually exactly or +- 1 degree from the ecliptic.

Sun Pluto are strong in some emotional sense. They always try to win and be better than you

My Dad has sun conjunct pluto, he is the kind of people who is pretty much better within age and wise as a man.

His intensity is more to transform himself into a better person. And surprisingly very forgiving person after the storm has gone.

It's even more powerful with the outer planets in their own signs, such as Sun-Pluto in Scorpio or Sun-Uranus in Aquarius. I have the latter. Can you tell? 😏

I would say different like which is hotter--hot horseradish or hot pepper at the same level of hotness.

How's that for strength?

Just looked him up the other night, haven't Googled him in years, but I go through phases where I try and find people. He has an unusual name so he's easy to find.

He's in the news for some accomplishments, his wife is famous on Instagram (I read about her on UK's Daily Mail site, for instance). He and his wife have been offered a reality show by five different production companies, I read.

We'll see how that goes.

So far he's the most "famous" person I grew up with, that I know of. Could be famous soon, actually.

That does not happen very often with Pluto. It happens when it is around the extremes of declination (21-23°).

There is a narrow arc area when Pluto is in mid-Cancer and when Sun is there (July) when the two can be both conjunct and parallel. (Last happened 1920s-30s.)

And we are now seeing Pluto move into the area of Capricorn where it will be both conjunct and parallel the Sun when it is there (January). That will pass by 2023.

So there is a solid basis for saying Uranus typically is the stronger conjunction with the possible exceptions in the years when Pluto is in Cancer or Capricorn and reaching the extremes of declination. Those Sun-Pluto aspects are powerful indeed.

Then there is the factor of how wide the orbs. There is also the factor of the person. You cannot consider astrological influence apart from the person who enacts it. Yes, I said enacts it. [b]Astrological influence moves its energies through us and the selectors of free will to a result, behavior, or effect on others.[/b/]

Persons can also be charged either positively/+ or negatively/-. This has nothing to do with subjective moral assessments of good or bad. It has to do with the energy charge of the person's orientation and direction. A receptive, more passive, negatively charged person (-) will not show Uranus or Pluto aspects outwardly as obviously and will not tend to have impact upon others with those energies like a positively charged person (+) who is quite proactive and initiates the movement of energy outward from themselves to others and society.
