You have transiting Uranus conjunct natal Uranus??? It can't be, unless you are born in 1935 People often speak of Uranus being " a need to break free from a restrictive condition". On one level, this is true. But usually this is the level where the conscious mind is "aware" of these so-called "restrictive" conditions that it so desperately wants freedom from. Uranus does give the courage to go on you way and not give a rip. But this is the positive side. For me,Uranus is not about freedom as much as it was about surprises(sometimes very annoying surprises)that disrupt/help(very seldom)your existence. Uranus is the unexpected and when on the Sun/Mercury,you can be sure that it will pull the rabbit out of the hat when it comes to the areas of life that both planets rule Your parents may seem like the "restriction" now. But Uranus has bigger fish to fry and may throw one curve ball after another and you may often feel like the god's "play thing"- because there is no rhyme or reason as to why things happen the way they do. There is a reason as to why Uranus is associated with Anarchy and revolutions. The results are seldom predictable. IP: Logged |

Thank you and I mean transiting Uranus trine natal Uranus. My Sun is in the 9th house and my Mercury is in the 8th house. It also trines my Saturn which is in my 4th house I have Uranus in my 4th house as well. So I guess that's why I feel like I need freedom from my household. Yes I feel like I just want to get up and go. I don't like telling my parents my every move. When I go away it's because I want a break from them. I don't want them knowing where I am 24/7. quote: Originally posted by Aries23Degrees: You have transiting Uranus conjunct natal Uranus??? Yes, that was my experience. Unexpected and lacking in rhyme or reason. A stone falling from a scaffold and hitting your head from which you will need stitches. Not life threatening, just annoying A car speeding past and chaffing your skin. Again, not life defining moment, just a "wtf"? A sudden illness that just throws plans out of sync etc. IP: Logged |

Good question.First, a basic willingness to step out of any stagnation or 'safe' living and encounter more of the world. Secondly, be aware that Uranus transits to Sun, Mercury can be very activating to the nervous system, and you don't want to fall into a pattern of insomnia or excessive wakefulness. This can mean having extra minerals and B-vitamins ready to support the nervous system. Maybe even nervine herbs like Hops, Valerian, Skullcap, California Poppy or Poppy seed, etc (depending on your constitution). Uranus transits come with the sense of there's more out there for me -- And there certainly is! The best experience of it can still come with enough discipline to know what is good enough to keep in your life, rather than overthrow everything and rebel against any hint of authority/experience/discipline. Expect a surprise person you will enounter spontaneously that may deliver useful wisdom or exposure to a key concept -- like heaven's fortune cookie ------------------ The Declinations Guy Rising Sign Descriptions | Expert rectification ♈ ♉ ♊ ♋ ♌ ♍ ♎ ♏ ♐ ♑ ♒ ♓ IP: Logged |

I understand but I really feel like I want to rebel against authority. When it comes to me wanting to do something that I want to do. I have been having a really hard time sleeping lately. But I had some sleepytime tea the other night that helped me sleep. When you say I will encounter a person that will deliver useful wisdom to a key concept what do you mean by that? quote: Originally posted by Kannon McAfee: Good question.First, a basic willingness to step out of any stagnation or 'safe' living and encounter more of the world.
