What's challenging in your case in my view is other things in your chart that can give both energies. Gemini moon with mercurial energy and Scorpio Mars.

But since a close friend has said Virgo sounds more like you, that is worth checking out too. Since you have so many planets in Aquarius it will tend to hide the more obvious characteristics of any rising sign, including Virgo, since Mercury is in Aqua.

To be fair that part can be a scorpio rising thing too but I can see how mars in scorpio with virgo rising can do this.

I have sun and mercury in virgo with scorpio rising and can relate to that.

I have looked at your photo here in more detail. You have the pinched nose bridge typical of Virgo types. Your face tapers a bit towards the chin. You have a small neat mouth. I suspect the interior of your mouth is smaller than average. (Virgo types often have mouths so small they don't have enough room for all the adult teeth, or they get crammed in). Your ears also have a shape/set typical of many Virgo types. And finally, your overall build looks pretty consistent with Virgo tendencies.

With your self-description so clear (tendency to overthink things, your helpfulness in practical things, making yourself useful, etc) I can say authoritatively there is no chance whatsoever you have Scorpio as your genuine rising sign. It is definitely Virgo.

I ask bc Virgo rising means Jupiter rules your IC and it falls in the 7th while Scorpio rising puts Uranus as your IC ruler which trines and sextiles your pluto opposite moon.

I read you identify as 100% gay. I will say this Electro, whatever you do don't marry a girl to make your parents happy!!!!!! I don't know if you will ever have the courage to come out to them given how religious they are, if I was in your shoes I don't know if I would but I know for sure that I would end up moving out eventually and dating according to my orientation even if I don't tell my parents about it.

Also that means saturn rules your 5th house which falls in the 8th...you are probably attracted to mature people somewhat older than you and you are not into flings, you like serious relationships, you are probably very romantic too in light of this and the fact Neptune rules your DC.
