Considering his public persona lacks subtlety and he clearly craves attention, I consider him to have Moon in Leo rather than Cancer. That puts chart post-6:30 AM, late Libra through mid-Leo inclusive (leaving out only Virgo rising).

Looking at pictures of him online, some of them reinforce Uranus, and he shows a narrow/tapering facial outline, pointing us to the Gemini/Sag axis. In a rectification effort I would start by looking for Uranus conjunct/parallel or opposite/contra-parallel Asc.
