I have SR Uranus at my fifth house next year. And in my natal chart Aquarius is my fifth house ruler. Could this indicate pregnancy? Perhaps suddenly evolved situation and decision to have a baby? What else?

I mean, it certainly could. I think of the fifth house as anything you create and bring to life, though. Are you in an artistic field? I would equate Uranus in an SR fifth as an unexpected creation. Whether that is a child or not is hard to say! What's the moon doing?

Darn..yes I'm an artist. Problem is that every transit pointing to falling in to love or having children seems to be about creative stuff. Which is great too but can't help be disappointed time to time

My natal chart moon is actually at the 5th too but solar return moon is located at the 9th with mercury, sun, Mars and true node. SR Uranus trine natal moon and SR moon square natal Uranus.
