This reminds me of the dilemma I had with my Ascendant and the sign it should be in. My birth certificate lists the correct time though, for both of my parents told me it was after midnight which my birth certificate states.

The nAscendant will attract the pMoon time and again. This is the attraction aspect.

The pAscendant will be attracted to the nSun in a sequential manner. Thus, wherever the pAscendant should be for their age the nSun, with the matching degree, will be close by and part of their lives...plus or minus 2 degrees. Generally I've observed the nSun is a few degrees ahead of the pAscendant.

Eg. You have nAscendant in Virgo, pAscendant in Libra 8°. Around this time you will start meeting Libras born October 1st to October 3rd. As that Asc progresses through Libra so will those birth dates - October 10th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 20th, etc.

Of these dates, the ones with whom you share a pMoon/nAscendant conjunction are the ones you'll become closest.

Thus it is easy to verify an Ascendant, just observe who a person attracts into their life.

Much as the Sun attracts all the planets and moons to itself. So too will a nSun attract pThings to itself.
