what do you think are transits that can trigger panic attacks? Or things in the natal chart that can machismo more likely to experience pain attacks? Do you think more sensitive people feel more overwhelmed emotionally during eclipse seasons - enough to enforce a panic attack?
I'm guessing it has stuff to do with the moon and then maybe mercury? Anything that afflicts the planets. And I think scorpio would be the sign of panic attacks tbh because they experience such painful transformations - such heavy emotional times could result in panic attacks.

Anyway I started having panic attacks when I was 14 and have had them at some point every year since then. I have moon in aquarius conjunct neptune (which makes me super sensitive to everyones emotions ), moon conjunct ketu, moon conjunct uranus, moon square jupiter. Mercury in leo, conjunct rahu, conjunct venus, square saturn, opposite uranus and square mars.

I think grief and energy sensitivity are most often responsible for panic attacks. If you are energy sensitive this is more likely to be a side-effect of grief and unresolved loss. Sometimes panic is a desire to control the environment and that being impossible, other times it’s picking up on the vibrations around. Either way seeking inner balance through grounding exercises – walking barefoot outdoors, meditation, evoking emotional release – i.e. finding ways to cry and spending time feeling anything which has been buried and learning reiki will all help.

I would advise the above as a lifestyle choice if you’re a sensitive person. The point is I think transits from ANY of the outer planets can cause the kind of shake up that contributes to panic attacks.

possibility for panic attacks:

- a mutable moon
- a mutable AC
- 12th/6th placements especially stelliums (which receive hard aspects)
- transit saturn in angular houses
- pluto/saturn hard transits to the sun or the moon
- solar return saturn in the 12th (or sometimes the 1st)
- solar return sun opposite moon

I have a pisces moon, virgo sun/mars in the 4th, but my saturn, uranus and neptune is in the 6th... so heavily mutable and heavy load of planets in the 6th (related to stress-issues and the nervous-system)

I have never suffered from any panic attacks, but I'm really sensitive towards stressful environment...now I'm 27 and less tolerant towards stress than when I was younger, cause I never really focused a lot on that. But now I really realise that for me it is SO important that I learn how to relax my body and mind, because I'm so sensitive towards this (and also I have a lot of nervous-system illness in my family so it's EVEN more important)

I do think I have a good chance of catching some rare disease at some point, but I do my best to stay calm and relaxed and I can only recommend others to practice mindfulness and meditation as well if you're chart is a bit challenged by this

But yup - Never had panic attacks or anxiety attacks, but I suffered from stress related to social situations for many years but now I'm fighting my way back to the other side
