What are your placements? Or if you know someone, what astrologically makes them have those issues? Do you only have commitment issues with relationships or other areas of life as well?

I have commitment issues in different areas of my life. I tend to start things but generally, before I start them, I'm already looking for a way out. It's kinda upsetting because I'm really ambitious, but everybody knows you can't achieve anything if you don't know how to commit to something.

Just this morning, I was filling out a life insurance form for my new job. I was hesitating to put my boyfriend in there lol In the job I had before, I didn't even put him as a beneficiary because I'm terrified this thing we have may or may not last. But a couple days ago, he mentioned he put me in his, so I felt really bad.. but like I initially thought of putting him in mine. I put my best friend instead because I was afraid of the uncertain.

I think the commitment issues all stem from fear.

At my old job, I had initially wanted to succeed, but as soon as things got too much for me, I bolted. I've also wasted money on music lessons when I was younger. I just quit in a month or two because I was too overwhelmed when we got to the advanced levels.

If anyone has commitment issues, let me know too! I'd love to hear your stories

lol. How old are you if you don't mind me asking? First if you are not in your 30s don't sweat it, you'll find yourslef along the way in what works and what don't. Second if you and your boyfriend haven't been together long or haven't talked about marriage then it's ok not to trust things yet and I don't blame you. When ya'll are trying to get married, raise a family etc then think on beneficiary things and if you still trust your friend more then do so. It's your money.

I'm an aries ascendant and I feel like that contributes to a lot of my lack of commitment to basically everything. I've never really stuck to any permanent situations for more than (around) 3 months at a time.. Things like school and jobs.. I changed schools a lot. I get bored quickly. I haven't been in many relationships (im still young though lmao) but because my mars is in scorpio (8th house) - I'm very intense when it comes to relationships so I don't like to go there A LOT..

I would say AIR and Saggitarious can exhibit commitment issues when they feel their freedom is at stake.. but fear can make any person to avoid a situation.

I am not sure is fear of responsibility in your case but fear of not doing good enough? if that were the case I would look to saturn and chiron. what are they doing in your chart. is there a trigger for that fear? in my case I have noticed that once a thing becomes a job I loose interest. that may be a reason I will never become a professional astrologer...LOL

I don't have commitment issues, I have confinement issues.

My life path is not open to compromise, too many people get into relationships through fear or subordination. I will only allow a true soulmate that close and my love is forever.

Libra Rising with Uranus conjunct, sextile Sagittarius North Node.

Venus conjunct IC, exactly square Uranus.

any individual with any aspect is capable of commitment. it only has to be with the right person (and at the right time).

I will agree strongly about fear of confinement!! Not sure what aspects to mention but I have very tight aspects to Uranus and also Uranus conj my NN. As for commitment-no issues at all, whatsoever.

Well, someone already told me that before--that I fear success. It didn't really make sense to me and I denied it for the longest time. But now, I'm having second thoughts on that denial.

My Saturn and Chiron are opposite each other. My Saturn also tightly opposes my Mars.

I do *** raises hand.

I am all fully committed and "capable looking" when pursuing an interest. But once I get into them and we settle, I get restless.

I just sometimes feel that I am attracted to someone who turns out to not be that interesting or engaging. And then I am put off. I don't know how to "return to sender" -so to speak

I was once was in a situation with someone whom I thought was a good match for me . But I just broke it off because I thought "who am I fooling? I am not for this"

The longest relationship I have had was with my Libra ex. And when I met him, I thought he was an idiot I only pursued him a year after when I noticed sparks flying between us.

As we dated,he came to understand how easily irritable I would get and MOODY. So he would just get out of my way.

Post that relationship, I don't see how anyone can stand me Even though the ex jokes about us getting back together, I am not sure I want to at all

I have Mars conjunct the 7th/square the Ic ,a stellium in 9th(Jupiter, Sun) and Juno conjunct the Asc in Aries.

I don't think I will ever get married. But my Venus, Saturn, Pluto in 7th and Mars conjunct the Dsc definitely supports the idea of partnerships, relationships, commitment and marriage.

I assume your mars conjunct chiron. I have the square and i tend to procrastinate when something is high profile and cause me stress. I normally can work regularly on a project without procrastinating, but if I feel nervous about it, i just do everything to avoid facing it. I think it is mars-chiron
