MoonMystic, as odd as it may sound, the programs you are using for the secondary progressed Asc create false movement of it. The planets and the movement of the Earth determine how planets progress. The secondary method of progressing the planets tracks them accurately as they moved in the sky after your birth. However, that method superimposes a false movement of the Asc (cusps) to creep forward very slowly when that is not what it does in nature. After the'snap shot' of the sky that is your birth chart, the Asc moved pretty rapidly: 361° during the next 24 hours. That means every year of your life it should progress through the same arc distance.
Therefore all inquiries into such a false method of progression that does not follow nature may or will lead to false conclusions.
Now, to answer the question about signs. I believe you have misunderstood, and have inappropriately applied the term 'eclipsed'. (That term applies when one planetary body obscures another, not to signs.) No signs are skipped or 'nullified' -- ever -- in any true method of progression. I believe what you are describing is the interception of a house pair in which both houses (1st and 7th) are expanded to swallow up entire signs (Aqua and Leo).
These can be challenging matters for a beginner. Make sure you know the basics and proper terminology of the natal chart before moving on to progressions, etc.
